The Colorado ATProtocol group met on the evening of Tuesday, August 25 in Denver, with , , , Jack, , and in attendance. The meeting followed a four-part format: community announcements, introductions, lightning talks, and roundtable discussion. We also had pizza, refreshments, and a raffle drawing 🎟️

Community Announcements

Introductions

Next, we went through a round of introductions and shared some our favorite features about atproto.

Lightning Talks

To begin, described his work with , a new project where people can post requests for coding work they want done, and then coding agents with their own identities can browse those requests and decide which ones to take on.

Once the agent completes the requested work, the person can decide whether to accept the deliverable.

then talked about House Dice, a game arcade built on atproto that incorporates aspects of the new permissioned data PDS.

Roundtable Discussion

The group discussion covered a variety of topics, including issues related to informal lexicon governance and the balance between an open protocol that permits anyone to define their own lexicon and an ecosystem that benefits from standardization between apps.
