The Colorado ATProtocol community gathered on the evening of Tuesday, July 28th in Denver, with , , , , , , Justin, and Ryan (briefly) in attendance. The meeting followed a four-part format: community announcements, introductions, lightning talks, and roundtable discussion.
For this meeting, we convened at ID345 in Denver, a fantastic coworking space located at 3960 High Street.

Next, we shared a bit about our backgrounds and what brought us to the ATProtocol space.
Lighting Talks
To begin, described his work with the Grata app, which you can check out here at the link -> (grata.at).
You can use the app to record a verbal expression of gratitude which then shows up as an orb floating in space. By tagging someone else, you can create connections between orbs. Give it a try!
Next, talked about a new project called L-Space which will be based on permissioned data and encourage sharing and discovery of interesting media.

Permissioned Data Shapes: Polls
A poll is a space, a ballot is an address, and read_self is the ballot screen: voters cast and change their own votes while no voter's client can read anyone else's.
then shared a work in progress app called Sparkle Pets, where you can adopt pets, play games, and win Shimmer. One great thing about this app is that the pets live forever.
also described a next-generation version of Aether OS which will be based on Linux. Currently under development.
Next, demoed another work in progress called Hypering, which will be an AT Protocol implementation drawing inspiration from the original Webrings.
On a final note, described a recent Attie Quest to track Jimothy activity across the ATProtocol 🦝

The group discussion covered a variety of topics, including recent developments in AI models.
